How do I get in touch with you?

We also respond to messages through our social media channels; instagram, facebook.
We do our best to respond to you as soon as we can (normally within 48 hours) but timings may vary depending on availability.
We are a small team who make our soap by hand. But we are actively focused on evolving and developing our products to ensure we support your body, the environment and our community as best we can. Any comments, ideas, suggestions you have in this area are greatly appreciated.
What are your delivery options?
We deliver via Royal Mail in the UK. Goods are tracked (you will receive an email containing tracking details) and normally delivered within 4-5 working days.
In the UK we charge a flat fee of £3.63 for delivery on goods under £30. Delivery is free for goods over £30.
We accommodate international shipping on an ad-hoc basis. Please contact us by email with details of destination and the items you would like to purchase for pricing and shipping options.

What are the payment options?
You can currently pay online with a credit or debit card.
We will develop additional payment options in line with customer demand.
What is your return policy?
Damaged, Faulty, Missing Goods:
If you receive a damaged, faulty or missing goods TIN SHORE will aim to refund or replace the item.
You should email TIN SHORE with details of the issue, original order number, name of the product affected and photos where appropriate.
Online Purchases - Returns:
TIN SHORE accepts returns up to 14 days from delivery if you are not happy with your online purchase and there are no faults. If the goods have not been opened or used and they are in a resaleable condition a full refund or exchange will be issued.

How do you make your soaps?
We design and hand make our own luxury soaps via a method called 'cold process' in Perranporth, Cornwall UK.
You can visit our instagram to see how our soaps are formulated, tested, manufactured and distributed.
How are your products assessed and regulated?
All of our skincare products are reviewed by independent safety assessors to receive a 'Cosmetic Product Safety Report'. This checks our products are safe for use on your skin by complying with the ‘UK Cosmetic Regulations’.
Our skincare products are also registered with the UK Governments Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).

Do you make products for trade / wholesale?
At TIN SHORE we design and make our own soaps (which are independently assessed and accredited). This means we can work with a range of businesses / wholesalers to share TIN SHORE's range.
If you would like to know more about how we can work with businesses please get in touch and we will provide further details on our wholesale offerings.
We can also provide discount links for purchases through a range of wholesale sites.
