  • TIN SHORE collects personal data when you have given clear consent for TIN SHORE to process this information for the purpose of remote (eCommerce) purchasing and fulfillment of the order.

  • Most of the personal information TIN SHORE processes is provided directly by you when using the website for one of the following reasons:

  • To educate / inform the customer into the goods / services TIN SHORE offers

  • To identify operational and product improvements to the TIN SHORE proposition

5.0 How TIN SHORE stores your data

  • TIN SHORE is hosted on the Wix.com platform (WIX). WIX provides TIN SHORE with the online platform that allows TIN SHORE to sell products and services to the CUSTOMER. DATA may be stored through WIX’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. WIX store CUSTOMERS data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

5.1 How WIX secures payment data

  • All direct payment gateways offered by WIX and used by TIN SHORE adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


5.2 Sharing data with third parties

  • TIN SHORE may pass personal data on to third parties where it is required for, among other things, fulfillment of orders, processing of payment details, provision of support services, in the event that we buy or sell and business or assets, if TIN SHORE / customers / others are under a legal obligation to do so.


5.3 How WIX deletes data upon termination of service

  • Upon termination of the use by the User of the Services, and unless WIX is required to retain such User Customer Data under WIX Policies, any other agreement or Applicable Data Protection Regulations, WIX shall, including upon written request by TIN SHORE, delete the User’s Personal Data as soon as reasonably practicable and according to WIX Policies and applicable laws.

6.1 You may choose to restrict the collection or use of personal data in the following ways. 

  • You can choose to opt-out of marketing at the point personal data is collected for marketing purposes.

  • If a CUSTOMER has previously consented to being contacted for marketing purposes, they can opt-out by emailing info@tinshore.com


6.2 You may request access to the personal data TIN SHORE holds about you.

  • You should email TIN SHORE to request this information at info@tinshore.com.   A response should be provided to you from TIN SHORE within 10 working days of submitting the request.


6.3 You may request deletion of the personal data TIN SHORE holds on them

  • You should email TIN SHORE to request deletion of your personal data at info@tinshore.com. TIN SHORE will provide confirmation of deletion within 1 month of request.
